Raven Engineered Films produces high-quality flexible films and sheeting. From rugged, textured pond liners to highly-technical balloon film as thin as a sandwich bag, our lighter, stronger film and sheeting solutions are developed to solve demanding challenges. We are looking for dedicated team members to operate large machines and equipment including (but not limited to) extrusion, laminator, tarp machine, winder, seal cart, etc.
The schedule for this position is M-TH, with overtime scheduled every 3rd Friday.
--- Day Shift: 5am-3:30pm
--- Night Shift: 3:30pm-2:00am

Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Aptitude to learn mechanical skills
Team player that is self motivated and reliable
Good hand/eye coordination, and the ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to operate forklift, pallet moved, or hoist equipment
Responsibilities & Duties
Load, unload, and monitor material through production run
Package material for shipment by cutting, wrapping, palletizing, banding, labeling, etc
Learn how to set up, monitor, and operate large machines and production lines
